Exchange and return of goods

If the ordered shoe does not fit you, it does not matter. Send it back to us and we will send you a larger or smaller size free of charge.

It may also happen that you do not like the product you have purchased. In this case, you have the option to cancel the purchase contract and return the purchased product to us. The goods must be delivered to our address within 30 days of receipt.
If you decide to take longer, we will accept returns up to 2 months after receipt, but in this case we will only refund 75% of the purchase price.

Conditions for Return

Regardless of the reason you are returning the goods to us, the following conditions must be observed:

  • The footwear has not been worn, but only tried on
  • The footwear has been tried on in a clean environment (not on the street, in the garden, etc.)
  • The footwear has not been tried on bare feet
  • The footwear is returned in its original packaging

If any of the above conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted, or if it is possible to restore the goods to their original condition, this will be done at the customer's expense.
Trying on means trying on equivalent to a purchase in a brick-and-mortar store.

Return Address

Please send the goods by post or courier to:United Heels s.r.o. , Senovážné náměstí 8, Praha 1, 110 00, Czechia. The costs associated with the return of the goods shall be borne by the buyer.

You can also return the goods through the network of Packeta pickup points. In this case, please ask us for an address label, which is to be stuck on the package.
This service is subject to a fee of € 3.90.

Changing Size

If the size does not fit you, we will exchange the product for another size. In this case, please create a new order, choose payment by bank transfer, and indicate in the notes that you will be returning the goods from the previous order.
