Bikini Fitness Shoes

Bikini fitness shoes are an essential part of a competitor's kit. It is not simply a matter of looks — the shoe has to give support and comfort through an entire stage presentation, where you stand and pose for considerably longer than it appears from the audience.

A competition shoe has a few specific requirements. The platform and heel must fall within your federation's limits. The sole needs to give stability both in a held pose and through a turn. And the material has to survive repeated wear backstage, across whatever surfaces you find there.

A high heel lengthens the leg and improves the line of the whole figure, which is an advantage on the competition stage. It still has to stay within the permitted range, though — and that is worth checking before you order.

Limits by federation

The table below covers the Czech and Slovak federations and is given here as a reference point. If you compete under a different federation, check its current rulebook — limits vary between organisations, and exceeding them risks disqualification.
