Some discounted items are on sale because they are discontinued styles that Pleaser no longer produces. These pairs are brand new and unused, offered at a lower price simply because stock is limited.

Returns: Open-Box

Some deals come from returned orders. Open-box means the product was opened or briefly tried on, yet remains in perfect condition with original accessories and full warranty. In many physical shops you’d get the same – just without the discount.

Returns: Nearly New

Nearly new items may show minor signs of handling or have slightly damaged packaging (for example, missing stickers). The product itself is fully functional and carefully inspected, with complete or nearly complete accessories — perfect if you care about the shoes, not pristine packaging.
